If you want to find the sweeter side of Mexico City take this tour and get ready for a truly epic eating experience where you will taste the best sweet treats the city has to offer. You will taste surprisingly new complex flavors, experience interesting culinary techniques, as well as observe exciting and artistic visual elements.
We will meet at an iconic location and continue walking to both traditional and modern spots; all the while your host will share interesting facts about the locales, barrios, and the backstories of the artisans making the sweet treats. During each sweet food stop there will be an explanation of the food you are tasting and the shop serving the desserts. You will not only enjoy great sweets, you will also learn about the people that created them.

Our hosts will aim to explain how each dish and stop on the tour has played a part both in Mexican history as well as how it became a part of the thriving Mexican capital. Explanations will provide an understanding of cooking techniques, processes and points of interest around each street food stop.
